It all started off with a great day celebrating Nana's birthday. We all got together to celebrate and have a great time. And it was a good time......
We had cake, and presents, and played. And then Eva started barking and vomited. So we took her home and put her to bed. She went to bed like every other night, but woke up a few times by 10:00pm(totally out of the ordinary). Every time she woke up she was crying, barking, gasping for air, and vomiting. Finally, around 10:00 we took Eva to the E.R. and she was diagnosed with Croup. She was not a happy camper when we were there. She cried every time the nurse came in the room and was vomiting constantly. We had a late night and were all exhausted. Needless to say, the next day we were very lazy and relaxed.
Since, Eva was not eating while she had Croup she was getting all types of liquids in order to keep her hydrated. Note the popsicle in one hand and the sippy cup in front of her:) She is saying "cheese" in this picture.
Eva still wasn't the same on Thanksgiving. We don't have many pictures of her, because let's just say she was a little needy.
But alas, she found the piano in the Boudinot's basement and sang her heart out.
After Eva got better we went to the Children's Museum to play and she had some fun in the water. She decided to "wash" her hair...hence the wet hair in the picture and was back to being Eva. Here she is once again saying "cheese".
So I have been experimenting with pigtails in Eva's hair, but she really is not a fan of having anything in here hair. The unfortunate thing is that she inherited my hair thus far, and it is super thin and hard to work with.
We hope to get the Christmas tree up soon and post some pictures. This Christmas will definitely be different then last Christmas.
